Recently, the 137th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) received its first batch of inbound exhibits. This shipment includes 207 items weighing approximately 40,151 kilograms, primarily consisting of home appliances such as ovens, gas stoves, and range hoods from Turkey.
After arriving at Guangzhou Nansha New Port, the goods entered China under the supervision of Guangzhou Customs, marking the official beginning of the fair's setup phase.

Leveraging the China (Guangzhou) International Trade "Single Window," an integrated digital platform powered by the "Internet + Smart Exhibition" system enables one-click declaration of exhibition goods. Enterprises can handle the entire process online, from registration to customs clearance, and book customs clearance appointments in advance for faster and more convenient entry.
Facilitated Customs Clearance for Exhibits
Dedicated fast-track customs channels for inbound exhibition goods are available at the customs office within the Canton Fair Complex and at all ports within the Guangzhou Customs District. Customs procedures are prioritized and executed upon arrival with immediate inspection and release. On-site inspection and post-clearance handling are also supported.
Enhanced Experience for Personnel Entry and Exit
"Canton Fair Guest Fast Channels" are set up at Baiyun International Airport and Pazhou HK-Macau Ferry Terminal. The FBO business aviation terminal at Baiyun Airport also provides expedited clearance services. Exhibitors with valid identification or Canton Fair invitations can quickly complete customs clearance procedures.
On-Site Customs Services at the Fair
During the exhibition, customs officers will be stationed at the venue, providing services at the "Canton Fair Customs Consultation Desk" and the "In-House Legal Counsel Desk" (located at Booth 6-6, Pearl River Promenade, Level B, Area A of the Canton Fair Complex). On-site services include presentations on customs laws, policies, and standards, assistance with intellectual property protection record filings, and legal support from an in-house lawyer team. Designated customs coordinators will offer one-on-one assistance to registered enterprises to resolve any clearance-related issues.
Support for Enterprises from Special Customs Supervision Zones
Enterprises located in customs special supervision zones or bonded logistics centers (Type B) that are registered with customs may transport bonded goods to the Canton Fair for display and sale under the "bonded display" model upon submitting a guarantee.

The "Canton Fair Customs Window" has been upgraded to enhance online consulting and service channels. Through the 12360 Customs Hotline, businesses can get expert support and clear policy explanations. Additionally, the public technical service platform of the customs technical center has been improved to offer transparent lab testing information and services including certification testing, inspection and quarantine, verification, and proficiency testing.
