Before arriving at the Canton Fair Complex, international buyers can complete pre-registration and obtain a Buyer Badge Code at remote badge application points located at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, Guangzhou South Railway Station, Pazhou Hong Kong–Macau Passenger Terminal, designated badge-issuing hotels, and the Canton Fair Hong Kong Office. This helps avoid long queues at the on-site badge application counters in the exhibition venue.

Buyers holding one of the following valid original documents are eligible to apply for a buyer badge:
Foreign passport
Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents
Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents
Chinese passport plus a foreign permanent residence permit/visa (for overseas Chinese)
(Note: Overseas Chinese without a Chinese resident ID card are eligible to apply.)

Only international buyers with foreign passports or travel permits for Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan can apply at these locations.
Buyers with a Chinese passport and foreign permanent residence/visa must apply at the onsite badge counters in the exhibition complex.
